Criteria 1: Processing systems to handle volume of registration business
1.We have own online platform for domain registration. Once the customer place the order successful, we would submitted the registration or renewal request to Registry through relative EPP.The domain holder can operate domain resolution, update, renew and delete on our platform derectly.If the operation is in accordance with the regulations , it would be deliver to Registry via EPP directly. If it don’t meet the regulations,such as request to renew domain more than the longest period of renewal, then the operation would fail and require the holder modify the operation and submit again.
2.We have a Knowledge Base. There are dozens of thorough yet concise articles addressing many commonly asked questions. Knowledge Base is available to the user’s 24 hours a day.

Criteria 2: Prompt Changes to Registration Data
1.We have own online platform for domain registration. Once the customer place the order successful, we would submitted the registration or renewal request to Registry through relative EPP.

If the operation is in accordance with the regulations , it would be deliver to Registry via EPP directly. If it don’t meet the regulations,such as request to renew domain more than the longest period of renewal, then the operation would fail and require the holder modify the operation and submit again.
2.Specific methods:
(i) We would notify the domain holders via both email, wechat and manual that their domain names will expire or have expired.
(ii) If the domain holders neglected to renew a domain, and the domain is in the auto-renew period, the holder can request to renew it directly.
If the domain was in the redemption period, the holder would get a respond that he need to pay additional redemption fee and submit the request of restore to renew the domain.
(iii) According to the provisions of Registry, there is 45 days of auto-renew period. If the domain not been renewed within the auto-renew period, we would delete the domain, and the domain would enter redemption period.The domain restore fee would show in the domain manage page.
3. About UDRP:
(i) When we implement any UDRP and URS decisions concerning a domain name registered via our accreditation, according to the dicision, we would check whether the domain detail is correct at first. Then provide the require information to the provider, lock the domain at the same time. Then notify the domain holder and admin of the details of the dispute. If there is any notice of the dispute was terminated or the parties agree on a settlement, then we would unlock the domain as required.
(ii) If the domain expires during the dispute, the complainant can register an account on our platform. We would provide the choice of renewing or restoring the domain. But even if the domain was renewd or restored, the domain was locked and the status is in dispute. If the dispute was failed or
terminated,the domain would be deleted within 45 days. However ,the domain holder can request to renew or restore the domain before the domain was deleted.
Criteria 3: Ease of Domain Transfer
We certify that we will promptly process registrant requests for a change in registrar
We certify that we will not block registrants to transfer their names away from us.
Criteria 4: Backup Facilities
Our capability (or proposal for capability) for providing a reliable and readily usable daily backup and archive of all registration data.
-Backup the database everyday by failover clusters and alwayson clusters. The software used for backup is sqlserver2012.And compare and analysis with the XML files of Registry data.
-Load balancing for multi-server, manage the main and standby servers, alwayson failover cluster , Regular online and offline backups.
Criteria 5: Record Keeping
Our capability (or proposal for capability) for maintaining electronic copies
of all transactions, correspondence, and communications with the SRS for three
years beyond the length of the Registrar Accreditation Agreement.
-Export the information of all domain in database with the format requirements
of Data Escrow Service Provider weekly. Then Encrypt the data and upload to
provider’s host. And confirm by email whether the upload is successful.
-The relevant data would be stored in the database of server, backup regularly
and storage the data for local and remote at the same time. The data woud not be
deleted, storage for long-term. The information would be retained includes the
name, organization, post address, email , phone , fax and post code of contacts. We
would provide the submission data, time and contact detail of all the electronic
registration data(includes the update data) to the Registry.
Criteria 6: Customer Service
We have the capacity to engage a sufficient number of qualified employees to handle the registration, update, and customer inquiry volume our project.
We currently have eighty full time employees, out of which fouty-seven of them are dedicated for support of the domain registration business. Thirty-three of them are in support and managing the systems, Fifteen in administration and management. The existing set of employees, based on the projected volumes and the level of automation that we have in our systems can easily handle a volume of 500 registrations per month.
Criteria 7: Business Continuity
We will take some steps to ensure that registrants will continue to have use of their domains, or that they can transfer them in case of our business failure.
-If we go out of business or cease to operate as an registrar,we would notify the domain holder in advance. Then help domain holders to change nameservers to another Registrar, and transfer the domain names to other Registrars, ensure domain name holder can use the domain name normally.
-If we go out of business or cease to operate as an registrar,we would notify the domain holder in advance. If the domain holder request to transfer the domain to other registrar, we would provide the transfer code and help to proceed the transfer. If the domain name don’t transfer out successfully, we would change the nameserver , transfer the domain and transfer all the contact information into designated registrar.
